To celebrate its 20th anniversary, Interwetten has not only organised a range of great promotions, but it is also set to honour its social responsibility. This March customers will have the chance to support a good cause by placing bets in our special charity promotion.
During the ATP Tournament in Indian Wells from 11.3. to 21.3.2010 Interwetten will donate 20 Cents to a charity organisation for every EUR 5 bet placed on the tennis calendar highlight. Of course, the customer’s stake and chances of winning remain unaffected by the promotion. It’s simple: the more bets placed on the tournament, the higher Interwetten’s charitable donation will be.
“Interwetten has been supporting charity organisations for many years under the title ‘Solidario’. Nevertheless, it is the first time that our customers have been able to get involved directly thanks to the dedicated promotion. Their bets will effectively determine the donation amount,” explains PR Manager Michael Summer. “The idea behind this promotion originated in the scope of Interwetten’s 20th anniversary, hence the contribution of 20 Cents for each bet made. It is important to mention that the stake of the customer will remain untouched by the promotion and that the 20 Cents will come directly from Interwetten.”
The money raised will go to support “Inspire – The foundation for Inclusion” in Malta. The non-profit organisation, which Interwetten has supported for many years, supports children and adults with disabilities. “Inspire offers training-, therapy- and leisure time programmes for disabled children and adults, and it is one of the leading organisation of its kind in Malta. We are very grateful that we have been able to significantly improve our offers over recent years thanks to the support of Interwetten,” says Nathan Farrugia, Inspire CEO.
